The venue has approved outdoor seating in the high-traffic Mann Central shopping centre and operates under a 7-year lease from 2023. Bubble tea makes up the majority of sales, with 50% repeat customers and 8–10% new customer growth per month, plus DoorDash and Uber Eats delivery integration.
